Alison Murray Q.C. and Karen Jamieson are making their annual presentation at the Continuing Legal Education Society of  B.C.’s Personal Injury Conference on Friday, June 15, 2018.  They will once again present a compendium of recent case law of interest to the personal injury and insurance bar.  This paper reflects a combined effort of the writings of Alison Murray, Q.C., Karen Jamieson, Helene Walford and Sarah Walker and will be published on our website after the Conference.
