We are bidding a very fond farewell to Katherine Wellburn who has retired after an amazing 35 year career practicing primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency.  She was a Registrar of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and a Registrar in Bankruptcy for seven of those years.  In addition to her busy practice, she edited several publications and was a sought after speaker at the annual forum for the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioners.

We are so very privileged to have worked with her for the past 10 years and wish her the very best in her retirement travelling the world, spending time with her family and enjoying her many active pursuits including cycling, kayaking and skiing.
