Murray Jamieson is pleased to announce the addition of our new associate, Sarah Walker, to the firm.  Ms. Walker joins us from Halifax, Nova Scotia where she practiced as a civil litigator.  She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in law at the University of New Brunswick and merited Dean’s List recognition for ranking in the top ten of her class in her final year.  Ms. Walker has hit the ground running in her practice in BC by successfully defeating an application by a plaintiff for double costs post trial.  Read the judgment she obtained with Ms. Jamieson here Kingston v Warden, 2017 BSCS 2023
